Born Luis Alfredo Silverio Esmanier on 24 February 1991, of Dominican-Haitian heritage, and raised in an orphanage in Monte Cristi. Music arrives early — and becomes the way out.
Starts working in Dominican home studios at 13. Over the following decade he teaches himself more than eight instruments and grows from session kid to full producer.
Launches his professional career with The Orchard record label — the first structural step from artist to owner. Later, Bleand Style Producers LLC is registered in New York (2014), producing for artists like Los Teke Teke, Musicólogo The Libro and Ramón Torres.

Luigui Bleand is an entrepreneur, artist, musician, record producer and the owner of legendary cultural catalogues from his native Dominican Republic — based today in Milan. Born Luis Alfredo Silverio Esmanier and raised in an orphanage in Monte Cristi, he started in music at thirteen — first as the kid in the corner of Dominican home studios, then as the producer more than fifteen artists called before he ever stepped to the microphone himself.
He came up out of The Orchard — launching his professional career with the label in 2009 — and built Bleand Style Recordings from the ground up, today under contract with Sony Music. Across his own records and the productions he has written, produced and engineered for others, his work has amassed over 10 billion streams; his own catalogue — La Maquinita, Mueve Eso, Zumba — carries more than 100 million official video views on its own.

Today he works from Milan at the head of IL LOKO Management, the catalogue and technology company he created — writing the next chapter as both the artist and the architect.
The artist never stopped being a student. In 2026 he completed Generative AI Fundamentals, a University of Cambridge Online course, and earned CPD-accredited certificates from the London School of Business Administration in Machine Learning for Business and Data Analytics Fundamentals — the technical ground under IL LOKO's work in AI, data and music catalogues. He speaks English, Spanish and Italian.
